IETG completes the acquisition of 40SEVEN – a joint venture company of which it previously owned 50%. IETG is consequently restructured into two clear business streams; Water Services (delivered by IETG) and Surveying Services (delivered by 40SEVEN).

IETG signs contract to supply Northumbrian Water with over 300
Hawkeye CSO Monitors.

New Management Team purchased IETG and its subsidiaries
from Babcock International Group plc.

40SEVEN joint venture incorporated as 40SEVEN Limited.

Brentwood and Cannock offices are opened to extend IETG’s Geomatics capabilities and to generate and service business in Southern England.

Peterhouse Group plc is acquired by Babcock International Group plc.

40SEVEN, a joint venture with LTU is formed, establishing IETG as the UK’s largest provider of underground utility surveying.

IETG’s HawkEye beats nine other companies to win the IWEX 2003
Innovation Award for Most Effective Monitoring and Control System.

Lowfields renamed and incorporated as IETG (Integrated Environmental
Technology Group) plc.

The IHS business relocated to Cross Green, Leeds, (currently IETG’s head office).

1996
Peterhouse Group plc, having acquired both businesses, consolidated them to form Lowfields, a specialist environmental services group within the Peterhouse Group plc (the individual businesses were standalone within the group).

1991
Scan Group sells its sewer flow monitoring business to IHS (Integrated
Hydro Systems), a subsidiary of H R Wallingford.

1984
SewerScan (“Scan Group”), a provider or water quality and flow
monitoring services, is founded.
